My wife was scammed out of $300.00 from an app she bought. In the app they listed this number as the apple support number. She signed up for the free trial and was instantly billed $29.95 for an annual subscription. When she called the number she was tolled the only way to get reimbursed was to purchase apple gift card or google play cards in the amount of $300.00. They said the $29.95 was to small of an amount to refund. They have a $300.00 minimum refund amount. After she gave them the $300.00 they asked for another $600.00 because of some other nonsense. She figured it out when they asked for the extra $600.00. She is got the money back through apple and they are taking the app down.
